"No wifi at property so unable to see code to enter property. Yard very unkempt..weeds and dark when we arrived. my mistake to go to wrong apartment on the property but I couldn’t get the message and had no response from owner once I did get wifi at a local bar.
Only 2 tea bags. We would have appreciated a little amount of milk ."

Pleasant stay. Amazing service, couldn’t have been better. Would definitely come back again. Ideal trip for a weekend away from Paris: 20 min to both Chablis/Sancerre and 1.5hrs to the wi e region in Côte d’Or (south of Dijon).

The staff were really excellent, simply 1st class as was the food which could not be faulted! We loved the grounds and the room (off of the main building perfect for our two young children) The children loved the whole experience- they could run about with the peacocks and two cute dogs and play in the pool. We had a charming babysitter that evening so we could enjoy a fabulous dinner. Would definitely come back again!

Chose this B & B as it was close to the Canal du Nivernais and had good reviews. I was not disappointed. I was the only guest but was offered a 3 course evening meal - very good. Room was clean and quiet, had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and fresh croissants. Little gem of a place. Recommended

Superior double: clean, comfortable, roomy, wonderful shower, fridge, tea-making, bottled water. Refreshed daily. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast (a bit pricey?).
Well-situated opposite the entrance to the town.
Only 4 parking spaces - book ahead if needed. Otherwise plenty of open parking close by (charged).
Good WiFi. No EV changing.

This was a great property and a very fair price. Super well positioned if you are touring north Burgundy as it 4 mins from the A6. A huge supermarket just 11 mins away. Well equipped kitchen. My only problem was that all the communications came through Expedia including the code to get the key. So you need to be really sure you can access your Expedia messages to enter the property. Several guests were struggling a little bit with access when we were there - although they all seemed to get in...

Les Marechaux was a tremendous discovery. Amazing historic building, warm welcome, comfortable rooms and sumptuous breakfast, it’s also just a 10 minute walk from the old town of the delightful Auxerre, with its bars full of delicious Burgundy and enticing restaurants. It was tremendously good value too! I’ll be back in the summer and enjoyed every minute.

What are holiday rentals like in Andryes?
Holiday rentals are privately owned properties you can book for a few days, or a quick weekend, in Andryes. Holiday rentals offer amenities such as laundry facilities and kitchens so you'll feel right at home. If you're concerned about cleanliness, a holiday rental can provide a sense of privacy away from shared hotel lifts and bustling concierge desks while still allowing you the enjoyment of travel. You'll also have more space in a holiday rental than in a hotel, which makes a holiday rental an attractive choice for small groups.
