Nice place to enjoy the outdoors by the pool.

It was a good stay. They have good sized pool and nice restaurant area near the pool. Balcony is great with a good view. Wasn’t that thrilled about the height of the bathtub in the bathroom. It is difficult getting in and out.

It's a shame...

I arrived at 12:15 pm. However, they would not let me check in early. Not until exactly 2 in the afternoon. It was a policy issue and not an availability issue. Bad Service. Food was not the best. Safety box did not work, Pool was not usable and the place needs a paint job. Mold in the ceiling right below the Air Unit which worked poorly. Carpet was in poor shape. Bartenders, Restaurant Staff and Front Door service were friendly. I actually do a lot of work in the Angeles area. This is a Hotel were I can receive the owners of the companies I do business with. It used to be THE place in town to stay... However, during the last 4-5 years it has considerably declined and the Hotel is not being maintained and part of the Staff is not being properly managed. It's a shame

チェックイン手続きが遅すぎる。 フロントにて客の要望に応えない。（理由も分からず） レストランでオーダーしても厨房に伝わらず、４０分以上待ち、キャンセルした 以前は良いサービスだっただけにガッカリ 次はないな！

Very disappointing

Basically its nothing like the pictures you see advertised, maybe when it first opened in 2008!! On the whole the hotel itself is very tired!! Toilets by the pool are an absolute disgrace..the pool i don't think at all is appealing too swim in.. initially there was only 2 rooms available on the site when i booked,it was only when my friend checked aswell and said all the rooms were available so i immediately rang the hotel in which they downgraded me as I didn't really need my initial room..so basically the hotel had plenty of rooms available in the first place ! Very naughty in which i felt i was duped into paying for a more expensive room! Anyway won't be stopping there again!

Check-in took way to long. They had us sit while the room was inspected. I had to asked two times if the we could get the key, mind you it was 7:30 pm and after a 6 hr drive. The room was ok but the carpet was stained and the chair in the room was scary stained. Older facility.

전체적인 시설 자체가 매우 오래 되었고 객실 내부 또한 여러 파손이 있었습니다. 직원들은 친절한 편이나 청결의 개념이 일반적인 호텔에 대한 기대치에 비하면 매우 열악했습니다.
