Charming property centrally located. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Inner rooms are completely silent given its central location. Near to all the major sights. Would easily recommend.

Just an overnight stay - was a bit concerned about a few not-so-good reviews but could find nothing to complain about. We had a lovely welcome, our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast on Sunday was fresh, plentiful and tasty.

The property has nice and clean but .some of the manager were mean. I did-not like how people were asked their room number before they can eat . I also didnot like how they treated me when I ask them for a bag of tea. After all the money I spend there what is a bag of tea? Honestly

Disappointing stay

When we arrived there was no one at reception. Called reception no answer. After 5 minutes member of staff appeared. As gold member should have had a free drink but the hotel has no bar or restaurant! How is this a 4 star hotel? No one at the hotel spoke English at all. Shower was weak and Luke warm and there was a lot of white noise in the room making it difficult to sleep. Overall not a great experience.

The property was pretty but it did not have parking at all. When I was ther I asked the recepcionist about the parking, I was prepared to pay for it, but she told me that they only have 10 spaces for parking an they where busy. I dont undertand why in the Epedia Page they put thay they have parking an they did not. I think Expedia have to check the properties before they put them in the Page. It is not valid for the customers

I'm very sad to write this review and have reached out to the property twice for a reply and rectification of my recent stay without a reply. While the hotel, staff and room are perfectly lovely. I arrived and was left 2 Shampoo bottles (one of which had already been clearly opened) and no Conditioner. The fire alarm went off and was a false alarm, however my sleep after a long journey from Australia (30 Hours) was very disrupted. The following night I had no hot water to have a shower, the next morning, still not rectified and after a restless night sleep was offered to shower in another uncleaned room just down the hall, traipsing there in my dressing gown with all of my toiletries, however this room thankfully had Conditioner. The hot water had apparently been fixed however that evening after a cold and wet day, I was greeted to no towels in my room and tepid water. When I requested some towels, the receptionist brought me a very old and stained bath mat which was quite disgusting. Requesting to speak with a manager this was denied as to none being on site and they wouldn't be on site for the remainder of my stay another 2 days over the weekend. I requested another room and was told I should move Hotels. Now as the basic necessities of a hotel such as hot water weren't available to me for 2 days of my 4 day stay and no manager was on hand or would contact me, this was most upsetting. I had no desire to change hotels for my final night and no compensation was offered.

Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles !!!

Ça laisse a désirer pour un 4 étoiles. La première chambre numéro 122 avait des excréments sur le rebord de la cuvette des WC. La deuxième chambre numéro 124 avec des excréments sur la faïence des WC.Sans parler du couvre pied très sale avec des taches pouvant laisser supposer diverses provenances. Dommage que l'application ne permet pas de déposer des photos.

Tout d’abord je vais commencer par le positif, très bon accueil du réceptionniste et de sa supérieure le lendemain matin , malheureusement c’est le seul point. Effectivement chambre sans isolation phonique, nous pouvons entendre les Conversations Des chambres voisines à côté et à l’étage, Le pire moment étant les douches toilette ou autre vous vous réveillez en pleine nuit vu le bruit.Concernant ma chambre évier sans bouchon, il y avait un problème de remontées d’égouts que je signale vers 21 heures à la même occasion, je demande d’avoir de l’eau en chambre n’ayant qu’une toute petite bouteille à disposition pour deux, malheureusement la personne étant débordée elle est arrivée à 22h30, il m’a proposé un changement de chambre très tardivement, j’ai donc refusé. La seconde chambre avait l’évier de bouché, d’ailleurs pleins de cheveux autour du bouchon. Mais le pire se situe au petit déjeuner qui est en aucun cas d’un niveau 4 étoiles, je demande au serveur si je peux avoir du pain moins cuit, il me Ramène Du pain encore plus cuit, Celui-ci me répond de manière insolente qu’il n’est pas BOULANGER, Je lui signale également que les œufs brouillés sont beaucoup trop cuit du plâtre et immangeable. Celui-ci me stipule que j’ai qu’à mettre du sel et qui n’est pas cuisinier, je lui dis alors qu’il est hôtelier Et celui me réponds qu’il est simplement serveur..Voilà le niveau. Mise en place déplorable, produits, non qualitatifs, J’ai donc fait une réclamation à la réception. voir googe

Sentralt og pent oppusset

Sentralt og pent oppusset hotell. Selv om rommet mitt vendte ut mot en hovedgate, var det knapt lyd å høre pga de doble vinduene. Jeg valgte et standard rom, og badet var lite, men alt var fint og skikkelig. Det var derimot ganske lytt mot korridoren, muligens fordi rommet mitt lå nært trappeoppgang og heis.

Très bel hôtel récemment rénové. Chambre confortable. Petit déjeuner ok. Un vrai souci pour les amateurs de thé le matin : une offre indigente. Pas d’English Breakfast ou de Ceylan et une eau tiède . Au prix du petit-déjeuner ce n’est pas à la hauteur. Formez vous sur le sujet.
