"I had booked 2 rooms at OYO rooms Anjuna beach from 23 Jan to 25 Jan 2016 for 6 people well 3 months in advance. The name of the hotel was Whispering woods. On reaching the hotel on 23 Jan I was told by the hotel staff that we have been allotted rooms at some other location, the reason provided was that since 2 rooms are booked and the rooms are not adjacent to each other the shifting is being done.
