"Terrible service during check-in and checkout .. I almost missed my flight due to mismanaged checkout process.
BLD restaurant at the hotel has terrible service. Tables were not clean, silverware was not available. Bar service was very slow. Had to wait for 1 hour to get my first drink. The servers seemed unresponsive to repeated requests to check on my drinks and food."

"Great accommodation for the price. Breakfast was very good value and the owners are clearly passionate about hospitality. If you want to travel between Anjuna, Vagator and Assagao, then this is in a perfect location. Standout is the pool, which is a good size and usually pretty quiet."
