"We stayed one night at the Hotel Pommernland having flown in to the nearby Anklam airfield. As it was the Ascention weekend there were no taxis available so the hotel manager Eric kindly gave us a lift into town to a greek restaurant.
Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were absolutely fine. My only criticism is that there was only 1 feather pillow supplied which was way too soft, my head sunk straight through it.

"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key.
If I hadn't already paid for the room i would just have left.
