"The hotel itself was fine. Our kids loved the pool and breakfast. But our bathroom had very clearly been smoked in. We informed the front desk. They said they’d send maintenance to see if they could do anything. I also asked that they re-clean the bathroom as there was a bunch of hair behind the door. No one ever came to the room to do either. We stayed three nights. No one ever cleaned the room even though it should have been cleaned on Friday. I informed the front desk several more times of...

"There has to be better hotels around. This one is showing its age. Our room had holes in the walls where I am assuming had pictures. The window did not shut all the way so we could hear everything outside the window and smell everything they were smoking. Even the blackout drape did not roll up and down very well. The breakfast was good. It’s past due for some serious renovation. The elevators kept going out. We hauled our luggage up stairs with the fear of being stuck in the elevator."

"Where do I even begin? This hotel is nothing short of a masterpiece! From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt as though I had entered a world of pure luxury, elegance, and perfection. Every square inch of this magnificent establishment radiates excellence. The rooms are breathtaking, the beds feel like sleeping on clouds handcrafted by angels, and the atmosphere is so spectacular that I genuinely questioned whether I had accidentally checked into paradise. I’ve stayed in hotels before,...

"We had a non-smoking room, but it was obvious from the moment we walked into our room that the person who stayed there before us smoked. The hotel is not kept up well at all. Which I realize can sometimes be difficult in a college town. However, there are still standards that can be maintained. Our room floor was sticky. The entire first floor wreaked of weed one of the nights we were there. If you are desperate for a hotel room in order to go to a Michigan game, then stay here. But be ok with...
