"Extremely helpful staff! Dylan was great at check in, taking our number and texting when our room was ready as we arrived early. Great, clean room. It was perfect for our 2 night stay. Fantastic interior. We really enjoyed the location, Surry Hills was great for food options and a walk around. So close to central station too. We really liked the cold water tap downstairs to be able to fill our bottles up! Would highly recommend. "

"Everything was great. The new lift system sucks but they are working on fixing one lift. The only thing. There were 2 aircons in the room/lounge and they only work if you set them both to the same setting. Its odd and slightly annoying. "

"Great location, just a short walk north of the central train station and steps from the light rail (trams) that will take you to Circular Key. Still walkable to Circular Key and buses to anywhere you might want to go. Lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel is quiet and clean, rooms are small but have everything you need (including a coffee machine and separate kettle with a range of teas provided and refreshed during our two night stay). Bed was comfortable. I would happily stay...
