"The first room we had was in the 4000 building on the upper level, and the bathroom floor filled with water everytime we took a shower. Maintenance came three times in 2 days, but we could not deal with the sewage smell everytime we entered the room. After telling the receptionist we didn't want maintenance again she moved us to the 3000 building. The room was considered an "upgraded room," but it looked exactly like our previous room, just without the leaks and smell. All of the restaurants...

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the people working there. However, the place it is situated is not very touristic and was unexpected. The breakfast was not really appealing. I would not recommend the hotel to someone who wants a relaxing holiday, it isnt a place to relax. Indoor of the hotel is beautiful though. Rooms arent as comfortable and the cleanliness would not be 100% I feel they should include televisions into the rooms."
