No a/c! I booked based on advertised air conditioning; however, I arrived to discover it’s not available in April! Even though it’s close to 80F! I think guests should be able to have a/c when it’s hot. Quite frustrating.

Splendid Hotel Lac d'Annecy - Handwritten Collection
We stayed in a basic room looking over the back. Front facing rooms are premium and overlook the lake. Room was ok. Cleaned every day and Nespresso coffee machine was a bonus. The mattress protector was poor and caused issues sleeping on a night. I can’t comment on food as we did not eat in the restaurant ...

Super studio pour 3-4 personnes avec chambres separées et cuisinette. Nous avons adoré ce studio très bien situé pres de la vieille ville d Annecy. Personnel très aidant qui est venu dans notre chambre nous montrer comment fonctionnait la cuisinière. Expérience de location très positive.
