"Excellent location close to beach and next to good restaurants and coffee places. The historic house is renovated well and the chairs outside are in excellent state. Cleaning is done every day. We enjoyed breakfast at Echinousa and Raventi. We loved the island Kimolos very much. We got around well with the bus. Walking to Chora only takes 10min. There is even a great open air cinema on different places approx 2x week. We enjoyed watching the movies very much. "

"The stay was lovely - the room was beautiful and had a lovely courtyard. It’s a stone’s throw away from the town, so easy to get to by foot, maybe 10 minutes. Very easy to get to the bus stop as well, to get to the beaches etc. Lucia at the hotel was amazing - she was very communicative on whatsapp and took care of anything we needed, including a slightly later checkout after our ferry got delayed. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Gundari. The hotel is beautiful, the suites are luxurious but not fussy, and views are incredible. The service and the people really make this hotel a special place. Nothing is too much trouble, and everyone has a natural friendliness, not in a typical 5* polished service way. The food and drinks were delicious, the prices are more than in the nearby village Chora, but it was very good food. The local Greek wines were very good too. The position of the hotel gives you the best sunset spot, and the sunsets in September were stunning. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. If you are considering it, just book it! "
