"The communication from the property was awful. We called for over 2 hours the day of our check in with no response. Finally had to get the 3rd party booking app to intervene to get a response.
Also, pretty sure they control the AC from a remote location. Our room was sweltering and never got cool, despite the temperature setting on the unit.
I would not recommend staying here."

"Súper bien ubicado . La habitación estaba hermosa pero lo mejor fue el desayuno , con muchas opciones y todo muy rico . Incluso nos hicieron un lunch box porque el último salíamos muy temprano al aeropuerto y no alcanzaríamos a desayunar"

"Everything was perfect! The location, staff, cleanliness, it was all great especially for the price. They have room cleaners daily, the ceilings are tall, the staff responds quickly to communication, tall ceilings, and beautiful tiles!"

"The quality of a stay will depend on the other guests sharing the floor. We had inconsiderate partiers who woke us up two nights in a row at two in the morning. The third night was fine, though. The free washing machine is nice, you just need your own soap, and there's no dryer."
