The hotel is amazing. Staff were always helpful and the room and ammenities were impecable. The location could have not been better, right in the middle of everything! I would just recommend getting to the hotel coming north instead of south, as there is a bigger affluence of people specially at night. Other than that the stay was great and would totally stay there again!

The room was clean, the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. It was a bit confusing checking in after the reception had closed but that’s because Expedia doesn’t share any information to the hotel which make communication initially difficult however once set up it’s very smooth sailing.

The staff are lovely, helpful and friendly, check in and out was really easy. There is a good terrace to work from. The room themselves could do with a bit of maintenance, the bed is wobbly and there was some drain smell from the showers but I don't know if that is something that can be helped in these kinds of old buildings. But all is clean and well maintained, I would stay there again for sure.

The staff were very kind and helpful. I loved the terraces on each floor and the rooftop terrace! The neighbourhood is lively and there are lots of places to eat, with the Palau de música very close. The hotel was charming overall.

This property was in the best location right in the heart of barcelona! The rooms were very cool and pretty. The rooftop was great, however you had to pay 10 euros per hour per person for the pool which is a little ridiculous but other then that great experience

Very nice experience, all the details in the building made the room welcoming. All the most important places where we want to go were reachable by walking from there, only two was more than 1 h by walking (we used the metro). The metro was very quiet and safety so we taken it also at 2am of Saturday to go to the airport! The staff very friendly and the service very good. A nice place that I recommend.

The staff was very helpful and kind. It is near to city center by walking 5 min. The room was big enough for 2 People. It was very clean. You can take juice and small cakes for free which is very sweet.

The staff were really great and super helpful throughout the stay. The only issue was that it could get pretty noisy at night. You could hear the water running through the pipes whenever someone took a shower, and there wasn’t much sound insulation between the bathroom and the room. Other than that, everything was good and the staff made the stay very pleasant.
