"The staff is what makes this place worth staying at. Every single person that worked here made me and my family feel special. The resort was immaculate in terms of cleanliness, the food was always fresh if it wasn't made to order. The room was perfect, recently renovated and spacious in every aspect not to mention the blessing of air conditioning. (We had the authentic island experience in Soufriere 5 nights prior to arrival with no comfort like this so to walk in our room and be instantly hit with a cool breeze was amazing). My only issue with this place is the number of entitled tourists that take advantage of the kindness and proffesionalism of the workers, manners don't cost nothing. I commend the mature, resilient attitudes of all the staff members that I saw being disrespected so overtly by these privileged tourists. I have met so many people that provided excellent service or just random acts of kindness that I cannot remember all their names. To all the staff at Coconut bay just know that room 332 appreciated your efforts, warmth and kindness. In our experience of a world that has been cold and cruel, the people of St Lucia reminded me and my family that this is not a universal scenario. I would definitely return if I am able to at some point in my life. The owners/investors must reward and retain all of the current staff members, they are fantastic. Check out Golden Eyes (the wood carver) and Captain Jack (Grasshopper/Lyndon tours) on the beach. 100% legit"

"The Staff made our stay. Everybody appeared genuinely pleased that we were there, wanted to know of any issues and wanted to ensure that we had a good time. A special shout-out to Jafree for helping us have a great time. We went to his beginners yoga and pilates. And even did the aquarobics - a really mixed bunch having fun in the pool. Jafree filled his walk to the lighthouse with laughs and facts. Food was great - a good mix and choice. Book the hummingbird fine dining too when you're there. The shuttle to the beach is quick and easy, with Bel- Jou- reserved and overseen sunbeds making it easy to get the best out of the wide beach. Thoroughly recommended"

"Staff and meals were wonderful, pool loungers should not be saved all day when people are not using them. Beach loungers were fabulous, and available. Beach loungers were finally cleaned. Bar staff was great loved trying all the different rums. Front desk was extremely helpful. Chess saved me, giving me back my phone that I Lost ! Dining room staff were awesome !!!"

"I decided to stay here based on other reviews, and I am glad I did. The beach was nice and long for a good walk, swimming and doing exercises in the ocean was amazing, all sand (no rocks), very gradual slope getting into ocean, room was great, bed was great, linens were top quality, staff were very friendly, the little restaurant had good options for meals, great massages. will definitely stay here again"
