"Villa is wonderful old residence with all the quirks of a 100+ building. We had terrace overlooking bay and fabulous sunset. The breakfast on roof was wonderful! Would recommend. "

"The Nivova is a beautiful, small family-run hotel in the quieter part of Antalya's Old Town. The building is historic with beautiful woodwork, filled with intriguing historical objects and a large garden. The staff is warm and extremely helpful. They arranged a special day trip (to non canonical destinations) and recommended local (less touristy) shops"

"Check in was great, staff was very helpful as my youngest son keep leaving stuff around the hotel and staff kindly found it each time and put it aside for us. Busra the gentleman on reception very friendly and welcoming and Dilan, young lady working in dinning area was also very friendly and welcoming too. Our room was pleasant with a good view, for me the bed was a too firm but overall the hotel was good value for money."

"Excellent 4-day solo stay in late January! Would stay here again!! The hotel is quite new, very clean, excellent condition. Shower is small, but attractive, with good water pressure, and bathroom was super clean. Quiet location next to a park, but only a few blocks to the main street and Konyaalti Beach. "So this wouldn’t be such a low review if money hadn’t gone missing from my bag today. Maybe stupidly I left my handbag behind reception as my flight was late, I had English cash in the bag along with passports so again maybe my fault for leaving important things I wouldn’t want to lose. "The Hotel Owner is an excellent Lady . The Hotel itself may have some short falls as for example no Lift so You need to climb the steps. But all difficulties are forgotten when You experience the most Kind Attitude of all staff especially the French lady who is the owner. "We first walk into the room and are greeted by a pile of animal feces on the floor. The shower is six inches from the toilet and the water basically drips out. The beds were uncomfortable and the overall cleaniness is questionable. I would not recommend this hotel."
