The location, staff, are good, the only thing that bothers me at most, the door was locked and can not open the door, on the other hand the room has no phone, thus I tried calling peoples from the street to tell the reception I was locked inside the room.

For the cost, the hotel exceeded my expectations! Our room was cleaned every other day (we stayed for 11 days) and although the condition of the toilet could’ve been better - it was not bad at all. The air conditioning worked well and the owner of the hotel was incredibly helpful and nice - she helped us get taxis. Overall me and my family were very happy with this hotel :)

First of all, if you didn't know Emre is awesome, I'll add my voice to the list telling you this. But all the staff were delightful, particularly the night staff, who were just so hospitable, kind, and cool. The rest of the hotel is very nice, with tasteful decor, comfortable mattresses, and a sweet pool/courtyard area. There are a few minor things--soundproofing isn't great, and there are no blackout curtains, but this has been standard everywhere we've been in Turkiye. It's in a good area by the old town, very safe and fun spot, about a 20 minute drive to the beach. If you want to be on the beach, this is not your area. Would highly suggest this place, we all loved it.

It was clean room and there was hot water. but climate system is old and air vents are broken. So that all cool whether was coming on the bed which makes us frozen. There was a bunk bed in the family room but it was very difficult to climb the bunk ladder. The small closet and window were broken. We were able to close the window with difficulty. The family room needs renovation.
