"Run down property"

"Not very clean, old looking could definitely use an upgrade. Staff wasn’t very friendly at check in. Not many TV channels can’t even get local. Dog crap on all the green space so obviously no one cares. The breakfast area looked ok"

"Our bathroom was not great. A couple long black hairs in the tub. The front of the tub was rusted. The bathroom did NOT look fresh and clean. Room #247. The beds and pillows were clean and comfy. The price was good. "

"The room was gross. They tried to remodel, but never wiped off the dust/clean, foreign liquid on the sheets felt grimy-gross. I didn’t even stay the night. I left pretty much as soon as I walked in and walked out lost my money didn’t care at this point I was super tired and had to find a new hotel to stay in"

"Air conditioning went out in our room then the TV wouldn’t connect to cable it was just a blank screen then the toilet wouldn’t flush due to the chain breaking inside the toilet bowl. The maintenance staff did try to fix the air conditioner but nothing worked."

"For the price this day was a great value. Common areas and amenities were very bright and inviting. Room was clean which is all you can ask for. The Tesla / electric vehicle charging was a huge bonus and one of the reasons why we stayed there to begin with. Some things they can work on is updating rooms as we stayed in an older room compared to the newly renovated common areas. Breakfast needs to be worked on needs more options. Overall great place to stay at."

"We had an overall terrible experience here. At check in they “didn’t have our room available” a suite as we anre a family of 6 and blamed it on me booking through Expedia. They accommodated us with 2 double queens that we were told were adjoining which did we’re not adjoining, the staff got super short with us and rude when we brought it up. One of our rooms was not properly cleaned, personal belonging and trash under the edges of the bed. We were then told there weren’t anymore rooms next to...

"I stayed overnight and had a wonderful experience. The hotel truly deserves a 5-star review, everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The only small suggestion would be to add some fresh fruit to the breakfast options, but overall it was a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend it! Luiz"

We were suppose to receive a credit and never did because we “booked through a third party”. Next, the gal who was handling breakfast was very argumentative. My husband had the door open to the milk fridge and she told him he needed to shut it. He stated that he would as soon as he was done and she proceeded to tell him that...

"Friendly staff—very welcoming when we first arrived. Room was clean and quiet although hotel is near the interstate. Breakfast was good—plenty of choices. Hot cooked breakfast was just what I needed. Coffee was good!"
