"Staff very helpful and spoke English, room excellent and clean with very comfortable beds; the problem was the parking-difficult to find the garage & have to manoeuvre the car into a lift to the basement and the access to the rooms via lifts with key cards. Also the instructions for the garage were inspiken Spanish and there would not be room in the lift for a large vehicle e.g SUV."

"Schone kamer badkamer netjes schoon maar beetje oud Personeel allemaal heel behulpzaam vriendelijk correct. Eten uitstekend. We zijn er nu 2x geweest en beide keren heel goed 1 x orginele traditionele recepten van gebied Rioja geprobeerd heerlijk. 2e keer normaal steak friet salade. De salade apart klaargemaakt komt ook eerst. Heerlijk. Dan vlees frietjes wat ze niet goed kennen maar toch klaar maken. Goed Vlees prima bereid. Desert reist geweldig goed. "What I didn’t like was that there was no bottle of water in the room complementary even when the place is like 100 degree warm . He told us that the water are in the lower level and the miniature size water was 2 euros . We didn’t eat breakfast there as we had to leave early"

"D’abord on nous donne la clé de la chambre et la fenêtre etait ouverte et pas moyen de la fermer ! J’ai réclamé on m’as donné une deuxième exactement la même chose fenêtre cassée ! Je réclame et une troisième chambre pas moyen d’éteindre les lumières ! On a du dormir avec les lumières ! Et en plus la télé était bloquée sur le football ! Pas moyen de voir autre programme !!! Mauvaise expérience !"

"No dispone de ascensor, si llevas maleta pesada se hace un poco complejo subir todas sus escaleras. No dispone de opción de desayuno, ni aparcamiento. No dispone de recepción, yo llegué tarde, llamé al número de teléfono de contacto porque tenía problemas en el acceso y el teléfono directamente estaba apagado. Por suerte, pude solucionarlo, gracias a otros huéspedes que estaban ahí. En las habitaciones hace un poco de frío. Lo único positivo es que está muy bien ubicado, pero no volveré a...

"A beautiful dreamy Parador! Within most peaceful nature filled grounds, the rooms were exceptionally clean even with back garden access! Delicious breakfast either in the dinning room or garden terraza! Staff is super friendly and helpful with sharing information. Awesome bar with exceptional views of the gardens and sunset!
