"The hotel and room looked clean and well maintained. The beds and pillows here are awful, I did not get a great night of sleep. Factor that with really poor and rude service. I arrived 20 minutes before check in and the front desk rep was not engaging and welcoming. I wasn’t asked how I could be helped and had to let the rep know I was checking in. I was advised that I would be charged a $25 check in fee. So make sure you check in EXACTLY at 3:00 PM if you book here. I asked the cleaning crew for assistance on locating the gym and was ignored by 2 separate staff members. I would not stay here again."

"The staff lacked. No one was at the front desk. When we got into the room we were swarmed by flies and fruit flies. The room smelled moldy and not cleaned. The bed had a stain on the sheet. Dog food in the corner. Coarse hair everywhere. Stains on toilet. When checking out again no one was there. A random lady came in and said oh I guess I’ll take care of you even though I just wanted a room. Told her the problems and then she said “oh you don’t want to sleep with flies”. She gave me a refund and we left. When hotels.com tried to call to verify no one answered the phone call. She called about 5 times. I got a refund."
