"Looking over the ‘town square’ was enjoyable to watch all the activity. If you are a very light sleeper the evening revelry might be a bit loud at times. "
"My stay at The Residence Hotel was wonderful. I booked a waterfront room and it didn’t disappoint—the view was stunning, and I loved relaxing on my private porch.
Most of the front desk staff were friendly, though one person at checkout was a bit rude and didn’t speak English. The room was comfortable but could have been a little cleaner. I really appreciated the free late checkout.
Families should note that there’s a restaurant behind the hotel with music at night. It didn’t bother me, but...
"The hotel is basic but clean. It’s very convenient near the beach, on the square and right by convenience stores and coffees and restaurants. No facilities besides a bedroom and bathroom and WiFi, but it suited our needs at half the price of the big hotels nearby."
"We needed a place close to a concert we went to Ceseray so we chose Netanya. Only needed a place for tonight but we were surprised all that big comfortable room and the beautiful Beach front view. We were so ended up having breakfast in the hotel and the stuff was super welcoming and friendly.
We didn't expect much but we can definitely recommend this place.
The location was perfect for us , it was quiet and peaceful and felt very safe.
Overall great experience. "
"the host/ owner was very friendly; she built the place with much love, and we could feel it in every corner even though we only stayed one night. i would definitely go back next time I am in israel."
"The property is very old and poor maintained specially bathrooms. The internet doesn’t work at room. Outdoor pool was closed. Breakfast was ok. Staff is very friendly. "
