"Too small room"

"The hotel is nice, very nice and helpful staff, nicely located not far from rer-B and chateau de sceaux"

"Good breakfast"

"When we arrived to the room the toilets were dirty, the maintenance lady opened our door at 10 in the morning when the check out is at 12am they were knocking on our door since 11 in the morning, and than they re opened our door at 11:45 and I had no clothes on cause I was just getting out of the shower, and the lady was rude saying the check out is at 12 and was hurrying us and we feel pressure to leave not giving us time to get ready even when we had 15 min in peace, they made us feel not...

"Le lit grince, la clim fait un bruit infernal"

"Terrible experience – definitely not worth $170 a night! Extremely disappointing stay. I paid approximately $170 for one night, expecting a decent three-star hotel, but the experience was nowhere near what I expected for that price. The room had a strong cigarette smell, which made it very unpleasant to stay in. To make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn’t working, so the room was extremely warm and uncomfortable. I went to the front desk and asked if I could be moved to another room,...

"top excellent accueil"

We went back downstairs and spoke with the front desk, who kindly gave us a room on a lower level. This meant hauling all our luggage back down the stairs again. Despite the inconvenience, the room was fairly quiet, and we had a good stay overall. No other issues, and we appreciated the great service...

"Mouldy smell in the room, no AC and dirty towels"

"This hotel does offer breakfast however, it is not included in your stay. Lobby coffee is also not free! Was expected to have a coffee pot in my room in addition to a hot water kettle. I had no coffee pot, just the kettle with packets of instant coffee but our companions had both. Lighting in the bathrooms is very dim, as well as in the entire room. There are no dresser drawers, just a closet with a few hangers so be prepared to live out of your suitcase with only one luggage jack. Washcloths...

"Walking distance from Orly Airport. It was perfect for my layover."

"We have stayed in the Grand Hotel in Le Plessis-Robinson for many years. The "revamp", which was carried out a couple of years ago, improved an already excellent hotel. We cannot believe that it is not rated 5 stars, because it should be!!"
