Mooi hotel vooral op zakenleven gericht, maar steeds vriendelijke vlotte personeel. Hotel heeft zelf geen parking, maar onderhotel is parking Antwerp centraal. Parking kan je op voorhand boeken dan goedkoper.

Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The common area had a great vibe, which set a nice tone for the stay. However, our room had a noticeable damp smell, and despite informing the reception, no action was taken. This was disappointing, especially considering the standards expected from a Hyatt property.
