"Really good. I stayed here a few years ago and wasn't so impressed but as I got such a good rate (ridiculously cheap by European prices!) I decided to try it again. Seemed to be way better. It feels like they renovated the pool area and spa and room and bed felt way better. Super comfortable bed (way better than Leela Palace), very quiet, great pool, surrounded by beautiful trees (hard to believe in the centre of a bustling city) and spotless spa. Good enough breakfast (but not great compared to other five stars in Chennai, with more limited hot food choice and very cramped at the serving area). Fresh omlette was nice and coffee good. Nice foyer and terrific check-in staff (all staff were great, at spa / pool also). Facilitated a late check-out, as we were very delayed on arrival, without hesitation. Much appreciated. Definitely recommend. "

"Everything was absolutely awesome. They left a tent in the room for our kids and a couple of stuffies for them. The service was incredible across the board and they were attentive to everything we needed and asked for. Really above and beyond. We will definitely be staying in the future."
