"Very good hotel in a great location near Pack Street Park and downtown shops and restaurants. Our sink was draining VERY slowly (a nuisance but not an emergency) and when we received a text shortly after we arrived asking “How is everything do dar?” I reported it - thinking they might fix it the next day after our departure. But no - a maintenance guy showed up within 10 minutes and fixed the problem. Quite impressive! The room itself was great, clean, plenty of shelf and drawer space. Very friendly helpful ladies at the desk; very satisfied with our stay."
