I stay in hotels two to three times per week and I have never ever come across such terrible and rude staff as the receptionist and bar/breakfast women in this hotel.

"Great hotel, impressive entrance, lovely staff and all clean. Very recently refurbished so nicely decorated. Car access only location but convenient for roads. One thing to note the sound does carry through the ceiling."
