"From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and taken care of at the Spotlight Boutique Hotel. Every member of the team was attentive, but we want to give a special shout-out to Jenine. Her level of thoughtfulness and genuine care was exceptional; she was always helpful with recommendations and made sure our entire stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The excellent service combined with the stylish hotel and great location made this a perfect Roman getaway. We will definitely be back!"
