"The place was huge, we got a two bedroom, the location is anwesome and that’s where the good things end. There were no pods for the washer, elevator wasn’t working the entire time and we had no hot water for a whole day and night!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!"

"Everything about this stay was great except for checking in. We had to wait 40 minutes to find the manager and thought we were without a room for the night. Thankfully staff at another hotel was able to call the manager as we were getting ready to leave. The manager was very nice but just confusing to check in"

"I had a very bad experience from start to finish in this property.. I don't recommend it to anyone.. The property is located on the 3rd floor and the lift was Not working.. No hot water in the bathroom ( I didn't have shower for all the period I stayed there, ( I reported the problem to the cleaner who tried to fix it by herself but she couldn't ).. The toilet seat was cracked so every time I used the toilet, the toilet seat pinched my bottom and that was very painful.. No reception desk so...

"I do not recommend this hotel. Very overpriced for what it is. Also I am not sure why the word Luxury is in the name. Nothing luxurious about it. It looks better in photos but it is way more worn out IRL. There was no staff present while we were there and unfortunately I didn’t realize they had such limited hours when I booked but we only needed one night and that was hard to find. The mattress and pillows were the worst I experienced during my 2 weeks in Italy. At least it was quiet at night....
