They're unable to guarantee a parking spot so its a gamble about whether you can get one or not. Lucky enough to secure one of the few disabled spots but the closest lift had 4 stairs up and 4 down to the lift. Luckily my Mum has a walker and not wheelchair as not sure how would've managed otherwise. But overall the signage was poor and no real direction from staff. Would look for other...

"This hotel is a home for displaced individuals, there were permanent residents in rooms that were not even one star quality. I did not even sleep there as I did not feel safe and instead booked a different motel down the road. My intuition was correct as when I turned up the next day I saw the reception front windows had been smashed in overnight. Definitely avoid this hotel"

"Stayed in2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. After showering in over bath shower the water retained in the bath making conditions very slippery to get out and the water remained in the bath for a few hours very slowly draining away. I considered this somewhat dangerous to use because of the slippery bath. The second bathroom hand basin did not have a plug and again the water was not draining. A request for a change of room was ignored. I do not believe there was no option to change. Looking online...
