My first trip to Brazil

The Hotel is very clean and the staff was very professional and helpful. It was very close to the beach and other tourist sights. Loved the stay the whole time. Cant wait to go back

Minha experiência com o Celi Connect Hotel foi extremamente decepcionante, e considero importante alertar outros hóspedes sobre uma situação que beira o caráter enganoso. O grupo possui dois hotéis com nomes praticamente idênticos: Celi Hotel (4 estrelas) e Celi Connect Hotel, que fica exatamente em frente e pertence à mesma rede. Essa nomenclatura confunde completamente o cliente. Ao verificar as fotos e descrições, elas se referiam claramente ao Celi Hotel. Mas, ao finalizar a reserva, fui direcionada ao Celi Connect Hotel — que não possui nenhuma das condições apresentadas nas fotos. Ao chegar, fiquei chocada com a falta de estrutura: • O banheiro é tão pequeno que é impossível trocar de roupa dentro dele; • O quarto não possui guarda-roupa ou espaço adequado para abrir uma mala; • Não havia sequer um copo para tomar água; • Solicitei a troca de quarto e fui colocada em outro onde havia vazamento no banheiro, não havia box, e a pia derramava água por baixo; • As condições gerais de higiene são inaceitáveis. Diante disso, não havia a menor condição de permanecer ali durante os cinco dias que eu havia reservado. Quando pedi para cancelar as diárias restantes, colocaram dificuldades para efetuar o cancelamento e para restituir o valor das noites não utilizadas, mesmo diante da situação clara de falta de condições mínimas. Para reforçar que o problema não é isolado, encontrei um casal passando pela mesma situação: reservaram acreditando estar indo para o Celi Hotel, m
