"Good location , bad room ( noisy near the train track, very small room) "

"Breakfast is good, but not exceptional. The hotel is not the most impressive part of town but very convenient to a train station."

"The staff was not at all warm or welcoming during my stay. It felt like whiplash after spending 12 days in Japan and experiencing nothing but exceptional hospitality at my other accommodations. I arrived around 2:20 p.m. after a long train ride from Osaka, in heavy rain, hoping to get into my room a little early. Instead, I was simply told check-in was at 3 p.m. They offered to hold my luggage, but with the rain pouring and only 40 minutes until check-in, this wasn’t particularly helpful. There...

"The walls had holes in . Every chair around the table was stained badly, curtains were really dirt and had black stuff all over them . If I had paid full price and not used points I had would have been very angry. It states that it sleeps 12 . There are only 3 beds , then another clear room were you can put traditional bedding , but not for 9 people . It just...

"The twin room was quite small."

"清潔で雰囲気良かったです。 値段も安いし満足です。"

"The room and facilities were clean and well maintained. I slept great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, easy walk to Nippori station and fun shopping. I would definitely stay here again."

"部屋は狭いが、スタッフの方が皆親切ですごく良かった。ビジネスの方向け。"

"Muy buena ubicacion"

"When we arrived, the host was super friendly, accommodating and patient. We came in December and the unit was quite cold and we tried to adjust. The bathrooms are shared, the shower was not but there was 2 shared showers, super cold area and floor (don’t think it was heated). Price, area, convenience, local eats very good. Be prepared for very little English. Thank you for hosting us , I would stay again."

"Amazing!"

"Great accommodation at a great location."
