"Great hotel, great location, very nice staff. I was in a single room with a very small window. The only drawback is that I could hear the other rooms and their water usage. Fortunately, both noise sources didn't last long."
"Worst hotel I booked during my Europe holiday. This may have once been a nice hotel but the hotel feels like it's long overdue for a renovation. Rooms are tired and well worn. Plus some of the rudest and non-communicative staff I've ever met. Trying to contact anyone, if you need anything, is impossible. They just flat out don't reply. A few times I tried calling them and no one answers the phone. It feels as if no one is in charge here and there's serious mismanagement. If you're coming to Andorra, there's plenty of other hotels in the area... where you actually get a modern room and kind staff."
"Perfect location, right next to the heart of town. Helpful staff, the room was spacious and well appointed for it's age. Given an upgrade for the nights stay. I was on a motorbike, I parked on the street, hotel charges 25€. No need, crime is non existent."

Breakfast does start until 7.30am so no good for anyone who needs to be up and about early. Hotel does not luve up to pictures on its website.

"Very friendly staff. Gym and pool area is about to be renovated. Lots of room to get basic workout. La Pergola restaurant was delicious and great service. Very handy location to Main Street and shopping. Very quiet. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Would stay here again."
