Agréable

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. L'hôtel est agréable, le personnel accueillant. Il est très bien situé pour profité de la ville à pieds. Il y a un bel espace détente avec piscine, jacuzzi, sauna et salle de sport. Pour plus de tranquillité, ne pas hésiter à demander une place de parking mais il y a possibilité de descendre ses bagages puis d'aller se garer sur un parking public à proximité.

A pesar de que el hotel es 4 estrellas: El buffet vale 20€ y apenas hay opciones. El parking tiene muy pocas plazas y está siempre lleno, por lo que tendrás que buscar otro parking de pago en la ciudad. La habitación no dispone de ningún extra como cafetera, o una botella de agua de bienvenida. La piscina indoor tiene tal cantidad de cloro y químicos que en cuanto entras en el recinto, te empiezan a picar los ojos, no nos atrevimos a meternos en el agua.

Établissement bien placé mais parking payant

L’établissement est très bien placé. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Seul bémol, un parking très étroit qui rend très difficile les manœuvres des véhicules. De plus le parking est payant 16 euros par jours en supplément de la chambre.

It was wonderful, clean and the staff was very helpful. I travel with my dad in a wheel chair and although I tried to get a room with accessibility and Expedia did not help me, the staff of the hotel was able to help me with a room with our needs. It was great.

Habitación amplia y cerca del centro de Andorra. No me gustó que hay dos ascensores y para ir al parking o a la piscina habia que cambiar y cruzar la zona de recepción. Desde la habitación se escuchaba el pasillo y si movian cosas en la planta de arriba.

Asceur qui donne accès au centre -ville, personnels très accueillant et disposible. Structure correcte, mais qui méritait des legers travaux. Fenetres de la suite junior laissent entrer l'air frais bien que les fenetres etaient fermées ainsi qu'une odeur d'égouts dans la salle bain. Sinon nous sommes très heureux du voyage, car l'hotel est très bien situé donc parfait pour visiter la ville à pied.

This is not a 4* hotel, rooms are very old (like the 80’s). If you want to stay close to city center is a good option considering the location, but if you want to stay close to the sky resorts this is not the best option (you will have to drive 10-15’ to get there).

Parking in the garage can be a challenge due to very varying sizes of the parking lots - it's quite narrow manuevering as well. Nice staff. Somewhat hard to get a good overview of the breakfast - there are many different serving stations. When making the reservation at Hotels.com we thought we were staying in a completely different hotel as the booking site showed pictures from another hotel in Andorra...

La ubicación es muy buena, pero nada más llegar ya no había pk para dejar el coche, cosa que veo mal. Además nos pusieron en una habitación que da a la carretera y aunque era un séptimo había mucho ruido.

Meget slidt hotel

Meget slidt og ucharmerende hotel! Møblerne havde tydelig slidtage, der var små sorte dyr på badeværelset og væggene var nøgne og skallede. Poolen havde så meget klor i at man ikke kunne se fødderne. Der var ikke et billede som passede til realitet !
