Upon arrival they were asked to add on breakfast(which was already included) I called the hotel and receptionist said the manager would call me back, this was 3 weeks ago. Caravan is lovely and comfortable, though can be noisy in stormy weather, though otherwise it's a quiet location. Drive is quite steep for parking. Fantastic views over Loch Long. Access drive is a single road, is quite steep in places and it can be tricky to find the caravan.
