"Booked the room a month in advance for the indoor pool only to arrive and the whole hotel was under renovation and NO POOL. I had been checked in 20 minutes and they refused a refund. This was a family vacation and we had hyped up the indoor pool to our kids for a month. It was a huge huge let down. ..."

"It’s not great, but let’s start with the positives. Location is good and easy to access and park. Beds are comfortable. Now for the bad. My sheet had a full size shoe print on it. The comforter had stains. You could see stained pillows beneath the cases. Thank goodness I always travel with my own ..."
