"I would not recommend staying at this property. In my experience, it does not meet the standard of a 4 star hotel. We were initially assigned a room with a strong mold/sewage odor and extreme dampness. The walls and ceiling felt soft to the touch, and the air conditioner was leaking enough water to create a puddle on the floor. "The host was lovely met us to check in. He should be rightfully proud of his guest house. It looks brand new. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Small balcony overlooking street. Lovely rooftop terrace. Kitchen has basic amenities. It was very close to bus station and lovely 10 minute walk to Balcony de Europa. Would thoroughly recommend and good value for money. "
