Chambres trĆØs grandes et balcon agrĆ©able; pour le reste, pas vraiment le niveau d'un 4*: pas de clim (il a fait trĆØs chaud pendant notre sĆ©jour, et nous avons eu chaud la nuit malgrĆ© la fenĆŖtre grande ouverte), peu d'articles d'hygiĆØne (2 bonnets de douche, 2 x 3 mouchoirs), non renouvelĆ©s quand on s'en est servi!. Ne pensez pas avoir Ć  coup sĆ»r vue montagne, notre chambre donnait sur l'arriĆØre de l'hĆ“tel, donc vue sur des arbres. La partie restauration est dĆ©cevante, beaucoup de surgelĆ©, toujours les mĆŖmes plats (boulettes, ragoĆ»t avec de la viande dure, poĆŖlĆ©e de lĆ©gumes pas assez cuits, gĆ¢teaux industriels insipides...), aucun plat typique d'Ansorre. Petit dĆ©jeuner idem, on retrouve les mĆŖmes lĆ©gumes, bacon bouilli, croissants et pain dĆ©congelĆ©s, machine Ć  jus industriels... on s'attend Ć  mieux pour un 4*.

Tres bon hotel remis au gout du jour

The location is perfect, the staff is outstanding and super friendly. The food is really ok even if people complain about it, in the comments for you and your familly it will be ok they change the menu everyday but dont expect restaurant level food. The room are huge so for family trip it is perfect.

Terceira vez neste hotel e nĆ£o tem melhorado.

As almofadas sĆ£o desconfortĆ”veis e a partir das 4 da manhĆ£ muito barulho, provavelmente vindo da cozinha a preparar os pequenos almoƧos. No buffet havia muita repetiĆ§Ć£o e colocaĆ§Ć£o de itens nĆ£o consumidos no dia anterior. De resto tudo Ć³timo.

Nos ha gustado mucho, a pie de pistas en Arinsal. La habitaciĆ³n era bastante grande y muy prĆ”ctica, las camas muy comodas. Desatuno buffet variado y rico. La cena tambiĆ©n tipo buffet pero no tan variada... Disponen de guarda eskis en el parking por habitaciĆ³n. Parking gratuito. El personal muy amable. Disponen de Spa y Gimnasio. Repetiremos.

Nos dieron una habitaciĆ³n en la ultima planta y al no disponer de aire acondicionado el calor era insoportable. Las vistas de la habitaciĆ³n no son a montanĢˆa, tal y como dice la publicidad, esa habitaciĆ³n tenĆ­a un balcĆ³n pegado a matorrales. En positivo tengo que decir que la habitaciĆ³n era amplia y limpia. El desayuno tipo buffette, pero muy muy superable. Hay un bar en el hall del hotel, pero no puedes tomar ni un bocadillo. El par de veces que fuĆ­ para tomar algo no habĆ­a nadie. No repetirĆ­a ni lo aconsejarĆ­a.

La ubicaciĆ³n y la habitaciĆ³n estĆ”n bien, reciĆ©n remodeladas y con mobiliario nuevo. Durante nuestra estancia de 5 dĆ­as la limpieza de la habitaciĆ³n muy deficiente, papeleras sin recoger, lavabo y ducha sin limpiar no cambian las fundas de almohadas, les falta profesionalidad.Pero lo peor ha sido la restauraciĆ³n. Los desayunos con muy poca calidad, pan duro,yogures caducados, el mismo huevo revuelto todos los dĆ­as, restos del dĆ­a anterior a la plancha....Y las cenas para no contar....muy malas, muy escasas frias,y si la bandeja no se acaba pues purĆ© para el dĆ­a siguiente. Dada la situaciĆ³n del hotel , casi eres cliente cautivo si no quieres coger el coche para desayunar y cenar en otro sitio que es lo que recomiendo encarecidamente. ĀæDonde se concede la categorĆ­a del hotel? desde luego este no merece el precio que pagĆ© por la estancia y la media pensiĆ³n. No lo recomendarĆ©

Great hotel at Arinsal

Everything was great. Just a misunderstanding with the spa, that has been told that was for free and at the end was paid, but no one charged for the times we went for free.
