"Great location for downtown events "

"The hotel itself was mediocre would ruin my stay is there was a car outside of my room that kept going off the car alarm from about 8:00 p.m. until about 5:00 a.m. in the morning almost every hour on the hour"

"The hotel was in a terrible state. The streets leading up to it smelled of urine. Upon entering the room, we were met with an overwhelming sense of age and neglect. There was no mini fridge or microwave, and the air was filled with a musty mildew smell. The bathroom was incredibly small, and the shower never maintained a consistent water temperature. It was the worst decision I’ve ever made. The TV was also disappointing, with no available channels. It made our trip to Arizona a sad experience."

"The shower would not drain and the water leaked under the flooring and the entire room was a floating floor. The main room door was not even to ground and the locks were not tightly installed."

"Staff was unprofessional. We had to wait 45 minutes to check in and the only response was " Well you have a room with a balcony so it rakes longer to clean. Nothing else was done until we complained again to another manager. We also asked for our room to be cleaned and 3 hours later it still wasnt clean. Do not stay here"

"I paid for a room in Phoenix and soon learned there was no Air Condition. Expedia did nothing to resolve the issue. Getting Expedia customer service is like finding a needle in a haystack. Additionally Cambria did nothing to address the issue and to date have not responded. "
