"When I booked the room, I thought, it's too cheap, there must be nobody there. It's the middle of summer in Arizona, it's not surprising that you might be able to get a suite for $51 + taxes for a night. However, at that price point, I tend to wonder if the hotel comes complete with ladies of then night stopping by to offer "services." Surprisingly, no, it was totally normal and nearly fully booked, with parking nearly fully utilized. The only issue was stairs and no elevator, but I was traveling pretty light. Other than I think would have put a bigger shelf in the shower for toiletries, there were no issues. There were also no facility issues to take pictures of. I've stayed at hotels with cleanliness issues in the past and made a habit of sending pictures of offending stains to whoever forced me to stay there, but that wasn't a problem here. If I owned the place, I'd put in dumbwaiters/hoists for luggage, even if it couldn't be used by passengers. They are available at reasonable cost and readily added to an exterior staircase.
In summary, excellent value, unit was clean, water was hot, the internet worked, Someone accidentally set the price too low? No idea, but I'd come back."
