The staff were all SO kind and the property and rooms were gorgeous. I wish we could have extended our trip just to have had more time there! As someone who lives on a horse ranch it felt like the French equivalent of being home. A wonderful stay all around!

Le mas est très beau et l’environnement également . La chambre est en grande partie rénovée et le lit très confortable. La personne à l’accueil est très agréable et serviable. Cependant deux points négatifs : - le prix du petit déjeuner à 20€ / personne - le Check in à 17h et Check out à 10h , cela est vraiment trop tôt . Le motif est que l’on a réservé via hôtel.com et pas en direct sinon cela aurait été 16h/11h. Je trouve que c’est une très mauvaise politique commerciale et je ne comprends pas pourquoi tous les clients ne sont pas traités à la même enseigne. Nous avons payé notre nuit comme tout le monde.

Séjour d une semaine parfait ! Lieu Éco responsable, très calme, propre , équipe ( surtout les filles douces et agréables !) très jolie mas ! Il nous manquait juste un mini frigo dans la chambre , que nous avons dans d’autres mas. C est le seul bémol, avec la canicule , c est toujours mieux d’avoir une bouteille d eau fraîche ( plutôt que de demander sans cesse au personnel de nous la garder au frais) Sinon les smothies sont bons !

Très jolie mas

Le mas est très joli et superbement entretenu. Les chambres sont également très agréables. Cependant, l'accueil n'était pas aussi chaleureux que ce à quoi je m'attendais. Il est important de noter qu'il est interdit de consommer des produits extérieurs dans les chambres et sur les terrasses de l'hôtel. De plus, veuillez être attentif aux frais de service de chambre qui sont ajoutés à la facture. Lorsqu'on m'a demandé si je voulais que la chambre soit nettoyée, j'ai accepté uniquement de faire le lit et un rapide balayage. Cependant, il m'a été dit que c'était tout ou rien, sans aucune mention du supplément de 5€. De même, le petit déjeuner à 5€ pour mon enfant de 2 ans, qui n'a mangé qu'un yaourt, a nécessité que je demande une réduction car l'équipe souhaitait facturer 10€. Bien que le mas soit magnifique et bien entretenu, l'attitude de l'équipe laisse à désirer et les suppléments sont onéreux.

Une petite chambre douillette pour passer la nuit, un site magnifique malgré le temps gris et pluvieux. Un personnel très accueillant, un petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux. Le jacuzzi à savourer en couple 😉. Bref un séjour génial mais trop court, nous pensons y revenir.
