"Hi The room was very cold with no heating but the other problem was guests making insulting remarks in the hall towards Indian people. I have asked directly for a full refund because I feel completely insulted. I have not heard back and I am still waiting. Thank you"

"Deadbolt to leave the room jammed and I could not exit. Attempted to call front desk and realized there was no phone in room. Finally made it out and all hotel did was move my room, no offer of an upgrade of compensation. Checked out a day early and they still charged the full stay. "

"Registration was cursory. Certainly not rude, just “fill in your details and here’s your key.” No offer of assistance for two seniors to carry suitcases up narrow stairs. No further information offered. Room was adequate. Shower is traditional British style - in a very high narrow tub, very dangerous for seniors in my opinion. Notice in room that no outside food allowed, and may result in an additional charge. Overall good value for money, but more of a two star than a three star hotel. "
