"My family loved the tennis court, pool, and jacuzzi. Room was great. Food was great too, from brunch to mid-day cookies and dinner cocktails. We very much enjoyed our weekend here. Valet was very friendly and accommodating as was the staff at the restaurant. We extended our stay since we liked it so much. Traveled with two teens. "The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The fitness center has a good range of equipment, with new treadmills and a variety of weights. The kids loved the pool, which was heated and a good size. Would definitely stay again!"

"The cleaning person forgot to put clean towels in our room, when we call reception they put us on hold for more than 5 min therefore we went to downstair and ask for towels."

Staff were quick to resolve the issues, however, this is not what anyone would expect from the brand or for the price. $30 “destination fee” was a way to extract more money with zero benefit."

"I personally like no service during my stay. I didn't have to put don't bother sign up, just asked and they complied. Staff is super nice and great area. I stayed in the same room I did last year. It's clean and has a TV with cable. Rather large dresser....with wide / low top...great for travelers. It might be a "dated" paint/ decor...but it's nice. No breakfast, staff is always available. "

"All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was not being notified verbally to morning breakfast hours, which the food is solid, are different on the weekend compared to the weekdays. I missed Monday morning. The facility is very secure."
