"We had a great stay here, the staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel itself was situated near a train station and had an ocean view during breakfast (which was also delicious!). We stayed for 8 nights and would highly recommend here! "
"Nice hotel, clean and very nice rooms.
The employees were very helpfull, kind and friendly.
Also the breakfast was very good and enough to choose from.
If we ever come back to Istanbul we would love to stay here again."
"Amazing value for money. The hotel is located about a 10-15 minutes walk from the main tourist sights at Sultanahmet and is very well maintained. What was most memorable about my stay was the hospitality and friendliness of the owner, who consistently ensured my stay was as pleasant as possible. Definitely recommend a stay here!"
"My stay at The Bail Hotel Istanbul was truly outstanding. The hotel staff were extremely cooperative and went above and beyond to assist us at every step. They helped arrange our cruise and airport transfers, securing excellent prices and ensuring everything went smoothly. Their guidance throughout our stay was invaluable-always ready to answer questions and provide recommendations.
The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the room cleaning service was excellent. Every detail was taken care...
"Although I was assigned a different room than my original booking, I accepted it because of the staff attitude and respect. They offer other options including another hotel and refund but I was tired and didn’t want to waste more time and I believe it was Expedia mistake.
Anyway, nice family hotel in a busy area worth a visit."
"overall, the place, service provided and staff were great. the place is clean and i love it. if i have to say something i would say the neighbours were a bit loud in some late nights but overall im pleased and happy"

"My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Just as the name states it's located in the old city and within walking distance to everything (shopping centers, restaurants, tramway, etc.). Our room and bathroom were small but the service was excellent. The hotel is not fancy or grand, but it's a good quality/price for the location. Also, the manager Ömer made up for anything the hotel could lack. I often travel and his client service skills are really beyond anything I've seen before; he's usually not there at nights but he stayed back the night before our checkout to say goodbye to us. Breakfast was included in our stay, there weren't many options but the kitchen staff prepared whatever local dish we order in the morning, portions were enough and the food was good too.
Know before you go: Bring your own toileteries and towel (I didn't like what was provided but I'm a very picky person); don't hesitate to ask for additional blankets (the one in our room was thin and I'm often chilly) or anything you need the staff is very helpful. Also, the hotel offers tours through different agencies, we did the "luxury dinner on the boat tour" for $50 but it had nothing luxurious and the food was cold and bland; the other tour we went on was very interesting it was €90 ($104 usd) and included visits to the most famous touristic attractions in instanbul, with 3 hours boat ride on the bosphorus and a delicious lunch on the boat (this one was sooo worth it).
Overall, I liked my stay there!"
