"The staff at this location is what made it so wonderful especially the Tuesday morning staff. I almost missed breakfast coming down about 10 minutes to 9 and she made sure I didn’t feel rushed. The woman at the front desk was so pleasant to chat with and the tip on the strawberry cream cheese made my day. You have great staff, do whatever you need to retain them. I will be back next time as we come to this area 3x a year."

"Room was clean, spacious and very modern. Hot water wasn’t always the greatest - first day it was lukewarm, second day was amazingly hot and this morning it was slightly above cold. Young lady at the front desk ( very sweet red-head, can’t remember her name) was incredibly kind and nice upon checkout. We stayed three nights after we lost power to our house in west nashville following the storms. "

"The room was clean, efficiently designed and very comfortable. The only thing I would possibly rate less than excellent is the living room furniture (not comfortable for watching a movie or lounging). But, overall would recommend and definitely staying there again on return trips."

"Best staff at any hotel I’ve been to in a long time! They went above and beyond! Hotel was clean. Beds were a little firm, but pillows were great. Breakfast was really good! They had sausage, eggs, white sausage gravy, biscuits, hashbrowns, waffles, and other typical items. Great overnight stay! "
