Harrased on vacation

On the day of checkout, our son was sick. Checkout time is 1000 and at 1012 there came a knock at the door. The housekeeping ladies (a group of 3-4 women) said that we were late and that they were in a hurry to clean the room. We apologized for being late and told them we would be finished soon. They remained outside of our door and watched as we put our things into our car. 5 minutes later they knocked again and told us we had to leave. We were still not finished and we asked them to please allow us to finish packing out. A few minutes later they knocked again and said they wanted to come into the room. We said no, and that they could come in when were we gone. They were angry and said they were going to call the reception. At 1022, a man from reception was outside our door, tapping on his watch and telling us we were late for check-out. By this time, we were upset. We finished packing and drove to reception to check out. Upon check out, we told the manager what had happened and they had no excuse for us. No apology, and nothing other than to say that they have a checkout time of 1000am. Never in the history of staying at a hotel have we ever been treated as such. KNocking on our door 4 times, basically demanding that we leave, and tapping on their watch was completely unacceptable. We had a good hotel experience until this point. We checked out at 1030am. Did being 30 minutes late really deserve this kind of treatment? Did the staff really need to harass us in such a way?

Ok sted

Fint og billig sted at overnatte man får hvad man betaler for. De kunne godt have været grundigere med rengøringen. Vi faldt gammel slik papir i sofaen og legetøj imellem sengene samt cigaret skoder foran hytten trods det var en røgfri hytte. Svømmebadet ville gøre godt af en opgradering og rengøring.

Very cycle friendly location and park was quiet as UK April half term is out of season for Dutch schools.

Prima verblijf in zeer net huisje

Ik vond het een heerlijk verblijf. Het is voor mensen die van rust houden. Wat ik prettig vind is dat je hier weinig overbodige luxe vindt. Dus geen winkeltjes en meer van die commerciele onzin. Gewoon een prachtig park, voorzien van mooie huisjes, een binnen- en buitenzwembad, speelmogelijkheden voor kinderen en een prima restaurant, geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

W had a great time!! The park is really nicely located for people who want to travel around Holland. The facilities could be more developed but are nicely kept. The restaurant was not great which is a pity. The room was really nice and thw kitchen very well geared. The kid's room didn't have a ladder for the top bed so it was a bit difficult to get up and down.

Tolles Ferienhaus, ruhig und familienfreundlich

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Ferienhaus ist prima ausgestattet, die Anlage ruhig, familienfreundlich und gut gepflegt. Durch die gute Lage, kann man viele interessante Orte in der Umgebung gut und schnell erreichen. Auch das Radwegenetz ist prima ausgebaut und gut gekennzeichnet. Einzige, kleine Kritik: Wenn man wirklich mit 5 Personen im Haus wäre, dann ist das Dreibettzimmer zu klein und bietet zu wenig Stauraum. Aber für 2 bis 4 Personen ist alles bestens.

Struttura bella ma molti disservizi

Rispetto la prenotazione ho pagato il doppio per via di spese accessorie non menzionate nel sito. Nella casa il Wi-Fi non funzionava bene ed ho avuto problemi con la porta ed il cancello che non riuscivamo ad aprire/chiudere . I disservizi sono stati molti per un ultimo non mi è stata restituita la cauzione con la promessa che mi avrebbero fatto un bonifico.. Lo sconsiglio vivamente
