"Overall the stay was fine, nothing alarming. Hotel looked really nice as we entered. However, the quality and standard of rooms were below expectations of a high reviewed/ star hotel. One example being the bathroom, shower heads were not consistent in the water pressure and so caused a lot of spraying all across. "Room was great with amazing views. Friendly and lovely staff.. Great location. Also, high compliments for the food we had there. We thought the main bedding could be better with a bit more blackout curtain/blinds as the ambient lights outside were on for a longer period at night - these are some feedback for the sake of it. "Room was clean, the decor was in need of a refresh. The carpet on the stairs leading up to the rooms is very off putting and had me worried about the room itself. So I was pleasantly surprised. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was ok, plenty of hot water and the shower was great. Breakfast was very good and the staff were pleasant. "
