"This was a different hotel experience for me. Really it's kind of an apartment building where they took part of one floor and made 8-10 hotel rooms out of it. You have a key to get into the building and your own code to get into the lobby and rooms. It's on kind of a side street ... but near the Main Street of Rue de France that leads to 1,000 restaurants and the old city. "I booked last minute after looking at several hotels in the area. Check in was excellent. The receptionist / manager was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Most importantly the bed was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The boats and the marina was almost in touching distance and the sound of the waves lapping around the boats was very soothing. there are a couple of restaurants nearby which were good. The only drawback is if you are on foot without transport...
