"Check in was good. We had a generous sized room looking out onto the bay with a balcony but it came at a hefty price. The carpet was stained and the bathroom floor dirty in the corners. Items were replaced haphazzardly. No mugs in the room despite a kettle and we had to ask for these. Breakfast was adequate but slightly mean spirited, evidenced by tiny juice glasses and bowls for other items. Bar service was friendly and welcoming with, surprisingly, generous portions for the bar food."

"It was difficult to get into the hotel. I arrived in the evening and no one was at the desk. I needed to check messages on Expedia for the instructions on how to get in the front door and get my room key. Entrance is small and requires going up a flight of stairs. "We were given an economy twin room with shared bathroom when I booked a comfort twin room, at no point did I see in the booking that this option had a shared bathroom. I have never and would never book a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom door did not fully close and could only be locked with a hook on the door The room did not seem electrically safe and needed work on the walls as they were being held up with tape. "The hotel features a pleasant interior design, is centrally located, and is very clean. However, it is quite noisy. Both street noise and sounds from the hallways are clearly audible in the rooms and there is a sort of loud ventilation as well, apart of the air conditioners. The beds are also rather narrow. Overall, the hotel does not live up to the standards one would expect from a four-star property."

"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"J’ai apprécié d’être en studio avec cuisinette au lieu d’un hôtel traditionnel. Près de la Promenade des Anglais. Cependant, un peu loin du coeur de Nice pour les terrasses le soir si on voulait s'y rendre après notre journée de visites. On a beaucoup apprécié la terrasse sur le toit pour se reposer. Aussi, la proximité du tramway."

"We missed our connecting flight and lost the money for the first night for no fault of our own. We let them know as soon as we found out but they would not credit it. We had to beg for 2 hrs late checkout! That was frustrating. Location is nice. They have an arrangement for breakfast at the hotel across the street and the breakfast was the highlight of the one night stay!"

"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. Para ir al toilets bajar 6 escalones y piso resabloso, fácil de caerse, y está en una avenida que no hay ni donde tomar un bus. Y no hay nada para comprar ni agua al Menos en 4 klm a la redonda."
