"The room was clean even though the furniture the microwave and bathroom materials were still old nothing has been updated but room service did come and check the next morning to make sure we had clean towels I appreciated that."

"I asked to get a room not on the first floor. They told me that that is all they had left for the booking that I have, but if I wanted to get another room, I would have to pay extra and I don’t think that that was right. I booked a room. I should be able to get the same type of room on a different floor so why would I have to pay extra to get it on another floor when you’re telling me you don’t have anything available"
