Staff was Greta; however, the room was dirty. Tile floor was slippery and dirty. Floor in bathroom had P hair and we had to get slippers to wear around. The bed next to window had brown stains all around box spring. Beds super hard and uncomfortable. Ceiling tiles by elevators were stained and looked moldy, dust was come through open areas, at least I think it was dust could have been more mold stains. We decided not to stay the second night, and went home early. Again the staff was great, but hotel needs some work.

Despite my having asked three times no one ever came to tidy our room. We spent three nights there and not once did our trash get taken out nor did we get fresh towels. The property is dirty and everything had cracks, scratches, dirt, filth... The room was OK, and seemed clean but was damp even when the AC was running. I'll never go back
