"It was an okay hotel for one night. We had to go to reception to get the sheets for the sofabed and towels for the 3rd person. It was extremely noisy at night and in the early morning hours with traffic etc from outside.
The kitchen worked well for us and the staff were good."

Best chateau I have stayed in. Five star staff, building and facilities. All common rooms excellent. Excellent views, location.
There are no negatives.
Would happily stay there again.”

The hotel lived up to our expectations and was ideal as a centre from which to tour that part of France. The one small drawback was that it was a little out of the centre of Azay-le-Rideau to which it took a good 15 minutes to walk.

Stayed here before a couple of years ago so knew the hotel was lovely. Free parking is great and only a ten minute walk to town. The pool and sauna are fantastic. The only negative was someone had charged breakfast to our room which took a few minutes to resolve when checking out.

A beautiful stay at this small chateau which has been restored to excellent levels of decor, service & hospitality.
Can’t say enough about this home as we enjoyed every aspect of it.
Our dinner was most delicious with us exclaiming over every course. Charming dining room with ambient background music.
Our room (7) was on the top floor and had lovely views of the Loire river beside the property. It was spacious and comfortable and had Rituals products in the en suite bathroom.

Our experience was amazing.
We stopped for one night on our outward journey and two on our return.
Staff were ultra helpful in terms of accommodating us in extreme heat and making our stay as comfortable as possible.
Lovely indoor restaurant and pretty courtyard for outdoor breakfast.
Both rooms were charming and setting idyllic with easy access to chateau and parking opposite.

I am just back from Tours and a stay at Mansion Jules.
Fantastic! The place got style and class!
It is like staying in a big private house where everything is to the highest standard including service and cleanliness.
The location is very close to the railway station and the Cathedral.
I can strongly recommend the place.

We were welcomed to the hotel by a super friendly host. She told us about the hotel and the local area and showed us to the room.
The room was great for 4 - double bed, single and a single sofa bed. It was clean, comfortable, good shower - everything you need.
The parking was great as we travelled by car.
The hotel is on a brilliant location for exploring Tours. It’s a short walk in over the bridge to restaurants and sights.
An excellent hotel. Really pleased we picked it.
