Excellent hotel

Great hotel with plenty of on site parking. Most of the staff were very friendly and keen to help. Good food in the restaurant and good value. It is on the outskirts of town but with a LeClerc hypermarket across the road and an excellent boulangerue/patisserie nearby.

Easy to find after a long journey, safe secure parking and very welcoming staff on reception. We were upgraded - without asking - to a lovely spacious room and wished we could have stayed longer! It was lovely. It was really conveniently located for Vouvray - where we're headed the next day.

Is a very good hotel, with a convenient location if you are planning to visit the area, Valley of Loire, with free parking. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, the only issue was the wifi connection (which is free) that was very poor and slow, and they dont offer a high speed wifi alternative.

Unexpected pleasure

This was our first stay at a Westotel. Having stayed at many premier chain hotels, I can say this was one of the best. Our room was large, fully equipped and spotless. Because we had travelled all day we decided to eat in the hotel. I am rarely if ever impressed by the quality or variety of hotel food. This was a truly excellent meal with good wines

Beautiful hotel! Beautiful well appointed room. Comfortable King size bed. Great shower. Wonderful breakfast. Enjoyed having a couch and coffee table. Separate toilet room. Would have preferred real coffee cups rather than cardboard cups. Would have liked a shelf or alcove in the shower to hold our soap and shampoo. But everything else was just perfect!

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Not much around the hotel but very well placed on road system for getting around the Tours area. Our evening meal in the restaurant was exceptional as were the staff. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very nice and clean room and facilities, excellent service and good restaurant. The team was very helpful in accommodating us during our stay with a baby. It would be nice to have real glasses and cups in the rooms rather than individually plastic-wrapped paper cups. Those seem at odds with the messaging about the sustainable water fountains in the hallways. The ladder of the pool was loose and missing a step, and felt very unstable. It does not feel safe and seems like something that should be easy to fix for a hotel of this size.

Hotel is in an unlikely position amongst offices, supermarkets, stores. But it is a lovely hotel that we would stay at again. Restaurant for dinner was good and breakfast was superb! Only gripe was that it was impossible to get any kind of decaffeinated coffee or tea and that the staff were formal rather than friendly.

Stayed while travelling to Spain and it was just what we needed. We booked a comfort room which was very good, bed very comfortable and rooms were lovely and quiet. The hotel was very clean and had lots of amenities but lacked atmosphere, very corporate. Hotel in an industrial area. I would recommend if you wanted a quick stop over.
